How do I know whether an accessory fits my headset?
Check the full model name in the product title and compatibility table: Quest 3S, Quest 3, Quest 2, or Quest Pro. Headset-mounted accessories are especially model-specific. If uncertain, send support a photo of your headset and controller.
Do Quest 3 accessories fit Quest 3S?
Some controller accessories may fit both, but facial interfaces, head straps, and shell-mounted items can differ. Never assume compatibility unless both models are listed.
Will a controller grip work with my charging dock?
Only products marked dock-friendly should remain installed during charging. Other grips may need to be removed so the charging contacts can connect.
Are your products officially made by Meta?
X-SUPER HOME is an independent accessories brand. Products described as compatible with Meta Quest are not manufactured, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta unless explicitly stated.
Which accessory should I buy first?
Start with the problem that most often ends or interrupts a session: pressure, sweat, short battery life, unstable aim, or poor grip. Our accessory finder helps narrow the choice.

Where do you ship?
We ship to supported destinations shown at checkout. Available methods, final shipping cost, duties, and estimated delivery depend on the destination.
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally prepared within the processing window shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation. Weekends, public holidays, preorders, and address verification may add time.
How do I track my order?
Open the shipping confirmation email and select the tracking link, or use our Track Order page. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show the first carrier scan.
Why has tracking not updated?
Carriers sometimes miss intermediate scans, especially during handover between international and local partners. Allow 72 hours after dispatch; contact us if there is still no movement.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support as soon as possible with the order number. We can only change or cancel an order before fulfillment begins.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Taxes and duties depend on destination and checkout method. Any amount collected by Shopify is shown before payment; local authorities may collect additional charges where applicable.
What should I do if the address is wrong?
Contact support immediately. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, an address change may not be possible and reshipping costs can apply.

Can an accessory affect tracking?
Yes, if it blocks a sensor, moves the controller to a different angle, or is fitted incorrectly. Keep sensors visible and recalibrate inside the game after installation.
Why does my virtual hand or weapon look misaligned?
Check that each controller is seated in the correct left/right mount, then use the game’s gunstock, club, or controller calibration. Recalibrate after changing the accessory position.
How tight should a head strap or facial accessory feel?
Secure, but not painful. Balance the headset before tightening. If you feel pressure around the cheeks, forehead, or nose, stop and adjust the strap or interface.
How much play-space do long handles need?
Extend both arms slowly before starting. Check walls, ceiling, furniture, pets, and people. Use the Meta boundary system and begin with controlled movements.
Where can I find installation instructions?
Check the product page media and packaging first. If you need help, contact support with the product name, headset model, and a photo of the current setup.

Returns, damage, and refunds
What is the return window?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days under our published refund policy. Keep all parts, accessories, and original packaging until you have confirmed fit.
What if my product arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact support promptly with the order number and clear photos of the package, shipping label, product, and missing or damaged area. Do not discard packaging before the case is reviewed.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return and the current refund policy. Support will confirm the correct return address and instructions before you send anything.
How long does a refund take?
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional business days to post it.
Can I exchange for a different headset model?
Contact support before returning the item. If the required version is available, we will explain the most practical return or replacement route.

How should I clean sweat masks and silicone parts?
Follow the product-specific care instructions. In general, remove the accessory first, hand-clean with mild soap and cool water, rinse well, and air-dry completely before reinstalling.
Can children use game attachments?
Follow Meta’s age guidance and the game’s requirements. Children should be supervised, use a clear play area, and avoid heavy, long, or fast-swinging accessories that they cannot control safely.
How often should I check screws and magnetic mounts?
Inspect them before active sessions and after any drop or impact. Tighten by hand as instructed; stop using the product if a part is cracked, loose, or no longer locks securely.
